Journalist of the Italian news agency ANSA, he specialises in social issues (youth, addiction, social exclusion and immigration) he has been war correspondent in Albania and Kosovo. In 2006 he founded MediaCare, an association of newspaper and TV journalists who want to promote third sector news in the mainstream media and create a specialised press office for the sector.

Her background is in art and design history, her research area was the employment of artists for graphic propaganda during the second world war.  She has a long standing interest in combining art education with social commitment and at Camberwell the staff and students are closely connected to the artistic life and regeneration of the area.

Adelina von Fürstenberg,

As an international art curator, she worked with top artists such as Andy Warhol and Joseph Beuys. Adelina was the director of Le Magasin (Grenoble), one of the most important centres for contemporary art in the ’80s and ‘90s. In 1995 she created Art for the World, an NGO associated with the UNDP which aims to create, through the universal language of art, a meaningful and enduring dialogue among diverse peoples and cultures can be achieved, and world views can be fostered in order to encourage tolerance and solidarity and to advance education as a human right. In 2005 Adelina created Art for the World Europe, which is based in NAVA (Milan); she also started a collaboration with Hangar Bicocca (Milan).

Moira Swinbank
